One of the most important aspects of providing quality fruit and produce to the trade is to focus on practices that maintain a safe food supply.  Trinity Fruit Sales works with its growers and packers to bring food safety to the forefront.

Our packers use third party auditors to double check the safety systems that they have in place.  Our growers are informed and comply with good agricultural practices, including minimizing the use of materials in the field wherever possible.  Our food safety standards are transparent to the trade and we work with the trade to accommodate any special safety requirements.

Trinity’s growers and packers are also proactive when it comes to food safety.  Random residue analyses, audits by European safety experts, and the use of ozone to reduce airborne pathogens are examples of some of the extra steps that have been taken by growers of Trinity Fruit.
